Built On Experience

Wisdom Management’s roots date back to 2001, beginning as Schooler & Associates before later becoming Walker Schooler District Managers, known across Colorado’s special district community as WSDM Managers. Rebecca Harris built her career within WSDM, learning the industry from the ground up and earning the trust of boards, partners, and communities along the way. In July 2024, she acquired the company and began shaping its next chapter as Wisdom Management. Today, Wisdom Management carries that legacy forward with a clear, intentional approach to service, communication, and governance. Under Rebecca’s leadership, Wisdom Management continues to support ADA compliance, financial transparency, and broader representation in district leadership while serving more than 50 districts, authorities, and water companies across Colorado.

Guided by Practical Expertise

We support Colorado Title 32 special districts and quasi-municipal entities with the steady coordination it takes to keep complex work moving. Our team handles the details behind the scenes, from infrastructure coordination, employee management, grant administration, covenant enforcement, and design review to a bond debt portfolio of $188,828,139.00 and long-term public infrastructure projects exceeding $100 million in value.

That same practical expertise carries through the financial side of the work. Wisdom Management provides billing, collections, and financial administration backed by a dedicated accounting team that prepares monthly and annual financial reports, supports budget development, and processes payables and receivables with care and consistency. The result is clear information, dependable processes, and responsive support when questions arise.
